1. Appropriations Transfer 25-03

An appropriation transfer at this time is necessary due to unforeseen expenditures
for the pump station pump failure at the time of the original 2025–2026 budget adoption.
The Board is requested to pass the Appropriation Transfer Resolution
25-03 in order to consolidate fund into budget line items for payment to the vendor.

FYI: Normally, at the December meeting we would be joined by the District Auditor, Grimstad & Associates.
However, Signe requested that the presentation to the board be moved to the January meeting.
The audit will be completed and submitted to the Secretary of State by
December 31, 2025 as required, but is not ready for presentation to the board by the 11th.
Her request was approved by the District Manager.
Please note that the January meeting will be held on the
third Thursday, January 15th.
